Police Report: Driver Faces Sixth Time Drunk Driving Charge

On 01/30/13 at about 6:00 p.m. Ferndale Police arrested Lance Richard PETWAY (b/m, 42, Royal Oak Res) for Drunk Driving. PETWAY has 5 prior similar convictions. He was stopped after running a red light on northbound Woodward at Marshall.
PETWAY’s license was suspended from prior OWI convictions and he has previously been convicted of Driving While License Suspended.
He was arraigned Jan. 31st for OWI 3rd Offense (Felony) and DWLS 2nd Offense.
Magistrate Brennan set bond at $5000 cash/surety
